FlipWhizz provides a platform for creating personalized books. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
  • Interfere with the platform’s operation through hacking, scraping, or similar activities.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Subscription Fees: Some services may require recurring payments. You will be billed automatically unless you cancel before your next billing cycle.

Refund Policy: Digital-only purchases are non-refundable. Printed book orders are eligible for a refund only if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Contactkaty@flipwhizz.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using our platform, you grant FlipWhizz a limited, non-exclusive license to use anonymized data to improve services.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

7. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UK laws. By using our services, you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
