I'm not very good with technology. Is it hard?
If you can send a text message, you can make a FlipWhizz book. It's a chat: we ask a question, you answer in your own words, and we do the rest. You can stop and come back whenever you like.
Can I put real family members in it?
Yes. Grandparents, parents, cousins and pets can all be characters, and you can upload photos so they look like themselves.
How long does a printed book take to arrive?
Printed books are made to order and posted to your door. You'll see the delivery estimate when you order. If you're up against a date, the digital book is ready to download as soon as it's finished, so you can give it on the day and post the printed copy after.
